A. YES

  • It is required by the Copperleaf Golf Club Association, Inc. that on all re-sale transactions a Capital Reserve Contribution be collected from the BUYER. The collected Capital Reserve Contribution must be paid to Copperleaf Golf Club Community Association, Inc. Capital Reserve Contribution for the Master Association shall be an amount that is one percent of the gross selling price of the property not to exceed $3000.

  • Special Renovation Assessment is $2,851 if it was paid up front in full.  Yearly payments of $376.00 for ten years if it was not paid up front. This amount will be billed in along with the Annual Assessment each year.
  • Special Vision2020 Renovation Assessment is $8,100 if it was paid in full. Yearly payments of $1,145 for ten years if it was not paid up front. This amounts will be billed with the Annual Assessment each year.
  • Neighborhood Associations within Copperleaf Golf Club may require a separate Capital Reserve Contribution.
